troy and i went to see Clem Snide and The Heligoats at the tractor in ballard last night. fucking rad show and after i got to chat with Eef Barzelay for a few minutes. snapped a dark ass camera phone pic and got an autograph to boot. cool shit.

well the title says it all. for no good reason, here are some pics of some of my last few meals.

ode to neko...

on december 31st heidi and i were out doing some shopping and as our night was winding down i suggested that we get a drink at applebees, using the gift card we got for christmas. after parking the car we heard little maows coming from under the cars in the parking lot. it was a kitty! we snatched it up and took it to petsmart to get scanned for a microchip which came back negative. then we began calling everyone we knew hoping that someone would take this awesome little cat in as their own. long story short, no one did and we ended up taking her to the animal shelter as a last resort. my guilt is immense still but i am hopeful that someone will take her in because she is awesomeness personified.
